diy gallery wall

this cottage inspired gallery wall was so easy and fun to make, & it gives our apartment such a cozy, airy feel! the DIY process was so cheap, so i thought i'd share it with y'all :)
the small rectangle frames are from dollar tree that were originally wood but i painted them white, took some scissors to them to give them a vintage, distressed look. the big white frame is from an old photo frame that i wasn't using any more. i attached a piece of string to it on the back and just hung a knitted dollie for the ultimate shabby look ;)
the last chic frame is from marshalls and cost me about $5. the shelf i found at hobby lobby, (here's a similar distressed one for sale) i know that target and many other stores have the shelves too but i loved this size cause it was small and sold by itself for about $7. the pitcher and jar i found at a vintage shop, both for $1.99! :)) lastly i took an old lace sham i had, cut it into a smaller piece and laid it on the shelf to complete the cottage feel. hope y'all like! my house decor is always a work in progress so i won't be surprised if i end up changing it up again. i'll keep y'all posted! let me know if y'all have any ideas!
